Thanks again to Paul Venturella, et al. for putting up the explaination on Channel 5, explaining the lack of the last BOD meeting being broadcast on a regular basis.  For those who don't watch that channel the issue is a failure of the automatic equipment that is used to broadcast that program.  Kudos are well deserved.

RMA addresses missing meeting

The RMA followed up on this problem this afternoon with an e-mail sent to a mailing list that's not explained.  (Maybe it's the RMA web site's mailing list.)  Did you get the e-mail?  It follows:

Due to some equipment problems, the Board Meeting replays on channel 5 have not shown as planned over the past week or so. We have corrected the problem and the airings are back on schedule and working fine. We have also re-edited the video/audio to improve the audio.

Typically, Board Meetings air on channel 5, six times a day for a week following the meeting. Once every four hours starting at Midnight and then showing at 4AM, 8AM, Noon, 4PM and 8PM.

Due to the missed viewing opportunities on this meeting it will continue to air until Feb. 10th.

We are very sorry for the inconvienence.

Meeting Broadcast email

I receiver the email described above.  I have no idea who was on the mailing list but I am registered at RMA's web site.  I think it would be helpful for all residents to provide their email addresses to the RMA so this type info could be sent out in a timely fashion.

The Country Club does this quite successfully with blast info emails to members.
