The Rancho Murieta Women’s Club starts 2015 with a Bubbles (sparkling wine) and Chocolate Tasting presented by Tracey Berkner from Taste Restaurant in Plymouth. The luncheon will be held on Wednesday, January 28 at the RM Country Club.

We will be pairing three types of bubbles (Prosecco, Cava and Cremant) with chocolates from TCHO in San Francisco.  All attendees will get six types of chocolate and three glasses of bubbles along with a scorecard to keep track of your favorite pairings.

The luncheon entrée choices are spinach and ham quiche or spinach quiche and include a house salad and raspberry sorbet for dessert.  The cost is $25 for RMWC members and $35 for non-members.  The reservation deadline on Sunday, January 18, is earlier than usual so that we may place the order for the chocolate.  Please get your reservations in on time.
