County BOS hosted meetings

Good work, SOLOS. What concessions did Rancho North Properties put on the table, during these BOS-hosted meetings? And likewise, what concessions did the other community stakeholders put on the table on our behalf?

County BOS Meetings

SOLOS:

After your earlier "report on BOS meetings", was any progress made, i.e;, concessions, on either side?

Was any agreement made on mitigation of the non-conformal 267+ tract/production/cookie cutter homes developer Murieta North proposes to build right in the heart of Murieta in the Terraces parcel between Murieta Parkway/RMA Unit 4 and the long-established Fairways area, which will immediately impact on Fairways lower property values/quality and us all?

Or did SOLOS offer Murieta North the green light to develop additional non-conforming tract homes build in Terraces, and other parcels, in exchange for reduced build in lakes/river region?

"Preserve Murieta" must include preserving the values, quality of homes and lifestyles we 2,500 homeowners have all built over these past 40+ years, "through responsible, controlled development".
