Ready to get an evening of real and little known history?

LCDR Ted Robinson, USNR, the service person who rescued John F. Kennedy after his PT109 was sunk in World War II, will share his story and insight about the young John F. Kennedy at the Rotary meeting 7 pm Wednesday at the Country Club.

Robinson has written "Water in My Veins: The Pauper Who Helped Save a President," his account of rescuing Kennedy and sharing a tent with the future president.  Copies of the book will be available for purchase.

This special event is being staged by the Rotary and the Country Club.  There is no charge, but reservations are required to assist in planning.  Please call Cheryl at 354-3400 for reservations.
