Saturday, February 27th, 2016 - 9am - 12pm RMA Meeting Room. Caring for a loved one by helping them bathe, groom, eat and navigate life is not something most of us anticipated. Finding "Life in the Midst of Caregiving" is all about creating time, laughter and a renewed sense of well-being. This workshop will help you understand the emotional, spiritual and physical repercussions of caring for others and learn about possible solutions to help you deal with these situations.
