The Rotary Club of Rancho Murieta is now accepting applications for their Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA).
RYLA is a training program for future leaders who are currently Juniors in high school. As a RYLA participant, you will attend an all‐expense‐paid 6-day camp at the Grizzly Creek Ranch, in Portola, CA. The selected 100 talented young people from various Nevada and California counties will spend the week in challenging discussion programs, inspirational addresses, leadership training, and social activities, all designed to enhance personal development, leadership skills, and good citizenship. For students hoping to pursue their studies beyond high school, this is a tremendous opportunity to prepare for life’s challenges. Over the years, all participants have emphasized that this life‐changing opportunity was beyond their dreams and truly helped prepare them for future leadership roles. To learn more about the camp itself visit – www.Camp‐RYLA.org.
If you have any interest in exploring RYLA please contact Scott Jenkins (see below) or complete this online application by April 10 – http://tinyurl.com/rotaryryla2016. If you wish to have a paper version, please contact us.
Once we receive your online application, we will contact you to schedule an informal interview. Interviews should take place by April 15, 2016.
