Event honors old-time planes
All makes and models of new and old fabric-covered airplanes were welcome at the first annual West Coast Ragwing Round-up, held at Rancho Murieta Airport over the weekend. Visiting pilots talked shop, displayed colorful aircraft and showed what they could do in the air. Saturday's schedule included a barbecue dinner followed by an awards presentation. The pilots' event ended Sunday afternoon.
