The Rancho Murieta Association ad hoc cable TV committee closed its meeting to members Thursday, saying the committee needed to discuss negotiating strategies. The committee plans to meet with developers to discuss terms in the Mutual Benefit Agreement that require the RMA to provide basic cable service. The meeting had been open up to that point.
