Anita Frank, Murieta Voices singer, dies at 87

On March 12, many of the fun-loving ladies of RMWGC set forth on black-flag fairways to play in this non-postable tournament. Ready for a good walk in the sunshine and to play from our new platinum tees, golfers were hopeful. For some, hope sustained them to a win; for others, it was lost in marveling at the miles on their Fitbits and reconsidering club selection for next year. PTA will hold fundraising dinner April 6

The Cosumnes River Elementary School PTA is holding a fundraising gala 6-10 p.m. April 6 at the Country Club. It’s an adults-only evening with a buffet dinner, dancing, and live and silent auctions. Proceeds will benefit the school’s library program, recess equipment, scholarships, science equipment and more. Everyone’s invited. Tickets are available online.

New time, location for Coffee With a Cop

It will be held that day from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at the Local Bean coffee shop in Murieta Plaza. You're invited to stop by with any questions or concerns you have for the Sheriff's Department.
