Retreats project map heads for final OK

Approval of the final map for the Retreats West project is on the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors’ Tuesday meeting agenda. The item is one of 50 consent items that will be approved with a single vote of the board at its 9:30 a.m. meeting.

Material for the item states that the project has will-serve letters from the Rancho Murieta Community Services District and Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District.

If an item is taken off the consent calendar for discussion, that item will be heard at 2 p.m.

The tentative maps for the Retreats project and the Residences of Murieta Hills East and West, a total of 282 residential lots, were approved in 2007 over objections from development opponents, the Rancho Murieta Association and the Country Club.
