Several Rancho Murieta businesses are cooperating on a golf cart clinic Saturday to benefit the family of a Rancho Murieta woman who is fighting cancer.  The event, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Murieta Plaza parking lot, will donate all proceeds to the Julie Hildebrand Medical Fund at El Dorado Savings Bank.

For a $20 donation, carts will be inspected for water levels, connections and corrosion, tire pressure, battery frame and lights. There will be battery tutorials and tips on how to extend the life of the cart.

Clinic customers will receive a grilled hot dog from Plaza Foods, a coupon from Go Fore Pizza and other items.

RANCHO MURIETA BUSINESS OWNERS JOIN TOGETHER FOR LOCAL FAMILY

Several Rancho Murieta business owners are working together to benefit the Julie Hildebrand Medical Fund at El Dorado Savings Bank in the Plaza Shopping Center.

On Saturday, April 16th, a golf cart clinic benefitting the Hildebrand family will be held at the Plaza Parking Lot between 10am and 2pm.   For a $20 donation, golf cart owners are encouraged to bring their carts and meet with a factory trained technician who will be available for battery and cart inspection.  The technicians on hand will also provide battery tutorials and important tips on what to look for and how to provide good home maintenance that will ensure longer life of their investment. Manufacturers are donating literature and training aids to give the ultimate inside look at what goes on with your batteries.

As a cart pulls under the inspection tent, owners will be provided with the following:

A grilled hot dog from Plaza Foods
A coupon to be used at Go Fore Pizza
A hands-on battery tutorial using acid-free Trojan factory teaching aids
An individual inspection of the cart’s battery water, connections (corrosion), tire pressure, battery frame, and lights

Many of the most common problems with golf carts can be avoided by regular inspections. For a $20 donation, not only will we be performing a basic check-up but we will be providing education for you the owner on how to identify potential problems before they happen.

ALL proceeds from this event will go to the Hildebrand family.

Even if you don’t own a golf cart, but haven’t had the chance to attend the other fundraisers in the area, please stop by, visit the event, and make a donation of any amount. The proceeds from this event, and the others currently being held is a way to help support a wonderful family in our community.

Rancho Murieta Carts LLC, Plaza Foods, Go Fore Pizza, The Rancho Murieta Plaza LLC, and Battery Systems of Northern California is proud to combine efforts to raise money for one of our areas finest families.

Again, this event is on Saturday, April 16th at the Plaza Parking Lot between 10am and 2pm.  We hope to see as many cart owners and community members as possible come out to help support the Hildebrand family.
