Rancho Murieta Association members can expect a ballot in their mailboxes within the next few days for a proposed bylaw amendment, the RMA announced Thursday.
If passed, the amendment would lower the quorum requirement for the election of RMA directors from 40 percent to 33 1/3 percent. The reduction in the quorum requirement applies only to the election of directors.
The proposed amendment requires a 50 percent vote of the membership to pass.
The due date for the ballots to be returned to the RMA is April 10.
Members are asked to contact RMA Assistant General Manager Danise Hetland at 354-3500 with any questions.
